Everyone else was watching Ayers rock change colour with the sunset...but I thought I'd check out the sunset itself...

Great shot and timing. One suggestion would be to use a circular polarizer (you problably already were using it), and also a gradual density filter to accent the beauty of the sky and clouds. My 10 cents worth. I am really happy with the richness of the colors it produces. See my post on 10-19-06 (tmrw) with my office building and the blue sky. The gradual density made it so VERY rich. Thanks!
